**Overview**:
Content is the bed-rock of Testbook's operations. With several thousand questions being solved daily on the site and mobile app, it is of utmost importance that there be a steady supply of content to match the demand. Subject Matter Experts along with content creators are responsible for creating and curating content for Testbook's enormous question bank.

As Subject Matter Expert, you would be closely working with the Content Team of Testook that comprises of Content Developers, SMEs and Content Managers from top institutes to create quality content for Testbook's Test Series, Practice Material, Mobile App and other innovative products. We aim to develop our content in a very creative manner which is easy to understand by students and help them grow in their careers. We currently have over 75 lakh users on our platform preparing for various competitive exams. **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative content, frame new questions and write easy-to-understand solutions for over 2.3 Cr+ users
- Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality
- Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses
- Analyse and research exams patterns, type of questions and difficulty level to remain updated with latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams
- Plan, develop and execute launch of new Test Series (or live tests), in coordination with Content Managers and other team members
- Analyze the performance of content using high-end analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality
- Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts
- Train Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) to make them deliver better content
- Write informative articles on various topics for Testbook's blog that will help students in their preparation

**What we are looking for**:

- An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference to the education sector in India
- Should have a strong passion for education, and willing to learn new things
- Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning
- Prior experience in teaching and content development
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills
