**POSITION PURPOSE**:
**Responsibilities**
- Produce IT Continuity dashboard and raises awareness.
- Ensures compliance with Group and regulatory requirements pertaining to IT continuity.
- Gather IT continuity needs with Business Continuity Officers (BCOs).
- Consolidates and maintains the list of CIB critical IT assets, jointly with BCOs and respective IT asset owners.
- Deploys and maintains appropriate IT continuity framework for existing IT assets and projects.
- Collect, clean and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns and insights.
- Ensure IT Continuity data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Ensure the roadmap date exercises for critical assets.
- Collect, validate and store IC Plans and exercises reports.
- Prepares reporting including results from exercises and controls.
- Analyze data extraction and reporting processes, ensuing that for each piece of work there is a clear brief covering requirements, deliverables, timeframes, and success metrics where applicable.
