**Procurement**:

- Analyse and help support all aspects of products from making decision of procurement and delivery through shipments to customers.
- Handle supply chain planning, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.

**Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate terms, and establish contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and ensure optimal supplier performance.
- Monitor vendor performance, address issues, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Optimize cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and service standards.

**Budget and Cost Control**:

- Develop and manage procurement budgets in collaboration with program managers.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Provide regular reports on procurement expenditure and budget performance.

**Dispatch Management**
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of hardware items, as required by different teams and projects.
- Maintain records of inbound and outbound inventory, ensuring accurate documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain. Work experience from a startup will be preferred.
- Must have handled hardware procurement in past experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain management best practices and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in AI-driven supply chain optimization is a plus.
