**Job Title**: Supply Chain Executive**Department**: Dispatch

**Job Summary**:The Supply Chain Executive plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless procurement, production, and delivery of goods and services. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement and Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain healthy relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyze inventory data and forecast demand to minimize overstock and stockouts.
- Develop strategies for inventory control and efficient stock movement.
- **Logistics and Distribution**:

- Plan and manage the transportation and distribution of goods.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Optimize routes and delivery schedules to minimize costs and delays.
- **Supply Chain Planning**:

- Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and production schedules to create supply chain plans.
- Work closely with production and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline processes.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all supply chain activities comply with local and international regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to imports, exports, and customs clearance.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and quality.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on supply chain performance.
- Use data analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and compliance requirements.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

**Additional Information**:

- **Location**: Bhopal
- **Work Environment**: Onsite

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
