Skill Set : Procurement, Supply chain management

**Job Description **Having hands on procurement and supply chain experience. Good knowledge of vendor base and basic technical specifications of items to be procured. New Vendor Identification and Development. Vendor negotiations with good knowledge of commodity markets. Logistics, warehousing knowledge would be an added benefit. Implementation of sourcing and supply chain strategy of the company as driven by its business plan. Contract management and negotiations for outsourcing of services and materials. Benchmarking of prices with the market as well as competitors. Basic commercial knowledge pertaining to customer invoicing, GST, etc. Routine jobs and documentation like PO generation, follow up for timely deliveries, vendor payments and reconciliation, project costing etc Creation of RFQ’s for vendor bids and quote comparison for awarding business. Close team work with Distributors, engineering and other teams. Inward and outward material management of warehouse which includes Kitting, Packing, Loading, unloading as per project requirement. General Administration of Warehouse.
