**Job Title**: Export & Freight Forwarder Operations Executive - US and Canada

**Location**: JP Nagar, Bangalore
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Shift Timings**: Rotational shifts (3:30 AM to 11:30 AM, And 6:30 Am to 8 HrS
**Experience**: 1-4 years years in Freight Forwarding Operations

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Export & Freight Forwarder Operations Executive** to handle freight forwarding operations focused on the **US and Canadian markets**. The role involves managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities:Export Operations Management**:

- Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations for exports to the US and Canada, including air and sea shipments.
- Prepare and process export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and Certificates of Origin.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs clearance, and trade laws specific to the US and Canadian markets.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and freight carriers to secure bookings and manage schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, warehouses, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate shipment deliveries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on shipment statuses and addressing concerns promptly.

**Pricing and Negotiation**:

- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate competitive freight rates.
- Assist in preparing pricing proposals for clients, factoring in operational costs and market trends.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any logístical challenges that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, documentation, and correspondence.
- Implement measures to optimize freight operations and reduce costs while maintaining high service standards.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure adherence to international trade compliance standards and company policies.
- Identify potential risks in the freight forwarding process and provide mitigation strategies.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate regular reports on shipment performance, costs, and client feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.

**Experience**:

- 4-10 years of experience in freight forwarding, with at least 4 years in export operations.
- Strong expertise in ocean/sea freight and air freight operations for the US and Canadian markets.

**Technical and Professional Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable personal transportation for commuting to the office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
