Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of multiple workspaces within the managed workspaces company.
Ensure that all workspaces are well-maintained, clean, and properly functioning to meet the standards of the company and the needs of the tenants.
Manage and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations of the workspaces, including common areas, facilities, and equipment.
Monitor and manage service contracts, vendor relationships, and service level agreements related to facility maintenance and operations.
Conduct regular inspections of the workspaces to identify any maintenance or repair needs and address them promptly.
Manage and coordinate office moves, expansions, and reconfigurations within the workspaces.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, leasing, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper documentation and records related to safety inspections, incident reports, and emergency procedures.
Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expense tracking, cost control, and financial forecasting.
Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns related to facility operations, maintenance, and services.
Conduct regular meetings and communicate with tenants to understand their needs, address any issues, and gather feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility management and workplace design to implement innovative solutions and improve the workspaces.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in facility management or property management, preferably in a managed workspaces or commercial real estate environment.
Strong knowledge of facility management principles, best practices, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple workspaces and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address facility-related issues and emergencies.
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance requirements, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
Familiarity with space planning, office layout design, and workplace standards.
Proficiency in using facility management software and tools for tracking work orders, managing maintenance schedules, and analyzing data.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to tenant satisfaction.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols in the workplace.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
