We are urgently looking for" **Quality Executive" **for one of the Packaging & Printing Manufacturing Industry.

**Location -** Mumbai, Maharashtra

**Experience -** 1 to 5 Years

**Qualification -** M.Sc.

**Job Description -**
- Quality Assurance.
- Verification of Customer’s Artwork & Proof Assessment for Correctness.
- Giving Approval for The Final file processing to the respective plant.
- Evaluation of Artwork & Verification of Documentation Specification.
- Quality Assurance of Literature & Carton for Dimension, Folding Size, Text, Colour according to Original Art-Work & Customer’s Approval in Accordance With ISO Standard.
- Rectify Quality complaint Report (i.e. Dimension, text, folding size, colour etc.) of the Print-Proof Document (i.e. Document send to customer for the approval) according to Original Art-Work & Customer’s requirement.
- Execute Artwork manual as well as automated (T4C-Media check) and analyse results.
- Evaluate product code, boards & paper and other information according to specifications.
- Create logs of Daily checked jobs and defects in the artwork while development and S&R stage.
- Report Corrections and errors to development and process teams for changes & correction.
- After Development of job by operator, checking job manually, then on media check (T4C) & again with customer file (Original) & developed file for any deviation in text, profile & colour scheme etc.
- After checking development, job is release on Automation Engine software for approval.
- After getting Approval by customer for S&R, Checking S&R files with final (developed file) on media check after verifying customer’s approved version with final (Developed file) & also check with original A/W manually.
- At both stages, Approval & S&R, Checking an A/W check for other information such as barcode value, pharma code value, dimensions, layout & folding size with help of information present in the automation.
- Also, at S&R stage checking job with layout given & approval files.
- Updation of auto-id in the checklist, giving final approval on SAP & checking of Final Prepress Artwork checklist.
