Organization is Leading Printing and Packaging Industry located at Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra.

Required Education & Experience : Diploma in printing with Min 3 to 5 years of experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Conduct quality checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects and deviations, and take corrective actions promptly.
- **Implementation of Quality Standards**:

- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures and standards.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, and other relevant quality certifications.
- **Root Cause Analysis and Improvement**:

- Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
- Prepare and submit regular quality performance reports to management.
- **Training and Development**:

- Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Promote awareness of quality objectives across the organization.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Address customer feedback and complaints related to product quality.
- Work closely with the customer service and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
