Key Responsibilities:1. Accreditation Support & Compliance

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation in alignment with NABH/NABL/JCI or other relevant accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with statutory and accreditation requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and gap assessments; follow up on non-conformities and corrective action plans.
  • Support mock audits and accreditation inspections.
  • Maintain and update manuals, SOPs, policies, and forms as per latest standards.

2. Quality Assurance & Monitoring

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing Quality Action Plans (QAPs).
  • Track and report Quality Indicators (QIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other clinical/non-clinical metrics.
  • Monitor adherence to SOPs and suggest improvements based on data and trends.
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for incidents and complaints.

3. Training & Awareness

  • Conduct awareness sessions for staff on quality standards, protocols, and accreditation processes.
  • Support departments in capacity building for quality improvement activities.

4. Patient Safety & Feedback

  • Monitor incident reporting, patient feedback, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
  • Participate in audits for infection control, biomedical waste management, and other safety initiatives.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain organized, updated records for all quality-related activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management review and compliance reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards (NABH, NABL, JCI, ISO, etc.)
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of hospital operations and patient care workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of QMS software is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration / Quality Management or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospital quality assurance, preferably with hands-on experience in accreditation processes.
  • Certification in NABH Internal Auditor Training or equivalent is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
