Expert Process Analytics Focus Process Mining

Goal of Function:

- Administration, configuration, and enhancement of the Celonis platform, ensuring that it supports the discovery, documentation and optimization of business processes across the company.
- Implementation and optimization of end-to-end processes such as: Source to Pay, Accounts Payable, Master Data, Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash across multiple source systems
- Creation and enhancement of management and business relevant process flows, process analyses and execution apps within the “Process Mining” and “Process Documentation” area
- Taking over the Project lead role of Process Mining implementation projects

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Close collaboration with the business to understand their challenges, business scenarios and business processes
- Analyzing business needs, providing expertise on possible solutions and implementing & deploying those solutions to the customer
- Make use of the full potential of Celonis EMS to identify process improvement opportunities
- Technical maintenance of the Celonis infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, data security, and data integrity.
- Support training initiatives to the Process Excellence user community and provide guidance in best practices in process analytics and troubleshooting assistance as needed
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Celonis and Process Mining in general to recommend and implement enhancements
- Assist in building up an active Process Excellence community
- Establish technical connection to additional source systems
- Taking over the Project lead role of Process Mining implementation projects
- Prepare, maintain and update of new and existing support documentation
- Support in managing and controlling of external service providers

Qualifications and Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Technologies, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable degree program
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience especially in Process Mining or Process Analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP - ECC systems with knowledge of at least 2 business processes (P2P, AP, AR, O2C etc.) and related Source System datasets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and the ability in supporting business together with a deep understanding for customer needs
- Team player by contributing, learning and sharing new knowledge and ideas
- Good knowledge of moderation and presentation techniques
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to work effectively in a globally dispersed team and business partners
- Highly developed and proven understanding of Process Mining concepts, ETL technology, etc.
- Deep understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, etc. and their typical improvement potentials
- Familiarity with business process modeling notations, ideally BPMN 2.0, is a PLUS.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one Process Mining & Business Process Management tool (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio, ARIS). Certification is a PLUS
- Strong technical knowledge especially with SQL in regard to data transformation & analytics as well as database technologies, ETL, and programming (JavaScript, Python, R)
- Experience working with SAP ECC & S/4HANA
- Fluent in English is a must (written and spoken)
- Additional languages are an advantage but not essential
- Flexible working schedule with late night/early morning support hours if needed
