Our client is urgently seeking an experienced

Process Mining Specialist

on a

contractual basis

with hands-on expertise in

Celonis

to support their digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the cross-functional teams to analyze, visualize, and optimize core business processes using data-driven insights. This is a solid opportunity to apply your technical and business acumen in a high-impact environment

Key Responsibilities:

Integrate data from systems like CPM to Celonis for mining and analysis.

Build and maintain process mining dashboards within Celonis to visualize process inefficiencies and KPIs.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to define process KPIs and develop actionable insights.

Leverage SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform data for process analysis.

Design and implement ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.

Work with relational databases and ensure efficient data modeling.

Apply knowledge of AI and machine learning for predictive analytics and anomaly detection in business processes.

Use visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to support reporting needs.

Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data processing and storage.

Understand and analyze key business processes such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.

Required Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience with Celonis or other process mining tools.

Proficiency in SQL and Python.

Strong understanding of ETL concepts and tools.

Experience with relational databases and data modeling.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop and Kafka is a plus.

Business process knowledge in finance and operations.

Relevant certifications in data engineering, cloud technologies, or Celonis are a plus.
