Senior Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated process mining expert to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Preparation:
  • Cleanse and prepare data for analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Process Analysis:
  • Utilize process mining tools to analyze business processes.
  • Identify patterns, deviations, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to uncover underlying issues affecting process performance.
  • Insights and Reporting:
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to present process insights.
  • Create detailed reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • Team player with strong communication, problem-solving, analytical skills.
  • Ability to work across time-zones to support global customers.
  • Proficiency in using process mining tools such as Celonis, SAP-Signavio, Appromore, or Microsoft-Minit.
  • Demonstrated success in consulting engagements with global customers.
  • Proven ability to gather and document requirements, communicate effectively, and present findings to clients.
