- Maintenance of all documentation and procedures relating to all aspects of all Services provided to the Customer in accordance with this Service Order Schedules
- Collaborate and work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to define business service requirements, develop capabilities and corresponding components of the service
- Coordinate communication among support staff.
- Involvement and ability to lead projects.
- Daily communication with the external vendor.
- Coordinate and inform customer of internal network activity that may impact/interrupt their services
- Coordinating and resolving critical issues through effective communication with consumers of services
- **High proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint**

**Salary**: ₹9,728.43 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Thane, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:
