Position: Site Incharge
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage on-site installation activities for interior projects.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the deployment of manpower and resources on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess work progress and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain records of project activities, including materials usage, manpower deployment, and site incidents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Provide on-site training and guidance to installation teams as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or queries related to the installation process.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for installation activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in site supervision or project management, preferably in the interior installation industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
