**The Role**
**Objective and Responsibilities**
Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro’s gold loan products.
- Responsible for lead generation -Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs -Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling
- Convincing prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive -Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
**Skills & Requirements**
**Must haves**
- Languages - Kannada and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus -Good communication, presentation and retention skills - A knack for establishing rapport with customers -Good communication and presentation skills. -Dynamic, persuasive, self-initiator and result-oriented -Must have a bike to travel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.18 - ₹30,436.85 per month
