Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain clear and effective communication channels with recruitment partners, Field Sales Business Development Managers, Regional Managers, and students as needed.
- Actively chase recruitment partners for offer letters, ensuring timely follow-up and processing.
- Provide consistent support to recruitment partners, fostering smooth business operations and strengthening partner relationships.
- Reactivate inactive partners by re-establishing communication and engagement.
- Lead partner onboarding sessions and provide comprehensive training on the company's products and processes to facilitate a smooth integration.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong enthusiasm for making calls and maintaining active, ongoing communication with recruitment partners.
- A solution-oriented mindset, capable of effectively resolving challenges and improving processes.
- High adaptability and a proactive attitude toward learning new systems, tools, and practices.
- Prior experience in a calling or client-facing role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the study abroad industry is beneficial, though not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and quality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
