**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Oversight**: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and motivate a team of factory workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to quality standards. Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during the production process.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety training sessions and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure raw materials are available and properly stocked for production. Monitor waste reduction and material utilization.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure smooth workflow.
- **Troubleshooting and Maintenance**: Identify and troubleshoot any machinery or equipment issues that may arise. Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and liaise with maintenance teams for repairs.
- **Reporting**: Maintain daily production reports, track progress, and provide updates to the production manager. Assist in developing production schedules and timelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as procurement, quality control, and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of finished goods and smooth production operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
