Supervise Production Operations: o Oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring that all production lines are operating efficiently. o Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are adhered to. o Monitor the performance of workers and provide guidance when necessary to maintain quality and productivity. - Staff Management: o Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and other factory workers. o Allocate tasks and manage labor resources effectively to ensure efficient production. o Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and offering training as needed

Health, Safety, and Compliance: o Enforce health and safety standards within the factory, ensuring the well-being of all employees. o Ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed and any potential hazards are identified and addressed. o Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. o Conduct safety audits and regular training sessions on proper safety practices. - Quality Control: o Ensure that products are produced according to required specifications and quality standards. o Perform regular inspections and audits of the production process to identify issues and implement corrective actions. o Work closely with quality assurance teams to address any defects or non-compliance in production output. - Production Scheduling and Inventory Management: o Plan and schedule production runs to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands. o Monitor material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials. o Ensure production schedules are adhered to and adjust as needed based on production needs or unforeseen delays. - Continuous Improvement: o Identify areas for improvement in production processes and suggest solutions to increase efficiency. o Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machinery and equipment. o Promote the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase productivity. - Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate production records, including tracking daily output, downtime, and any issues or delays. o Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and safety metrics to upper management. o Assist in forecasting and budgeting for the department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 per month
