**Job Summary**:
The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. This role involves managing workers, maintaining quality control, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations and monitor production output to meet targets.
- Allocate work to workers and ensure optimum use of manpower and machinery.
- Implement production plans and schedules in coordination with the planning department.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure final products meet specifications.
- Ensure that safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and coordinate with the stores or purchase department.
- Handle machine breakdowns by coordinating with the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate production reports.
- Train new workers and ensure skill development of existing workers.
- Identify areas for process improvements and cost control.
- Resolve employee issues on the shop floor and escalate major concerns to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
