**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector, including both public and private sector projects.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, such as developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present appropriate services and solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to develop accurate and competitive pricing for projects.
- Achieve revenue targets by selling company services and solutions to potential clients in the construction industry.
- Develop business strategies and sales plans to meet company growth objectives.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth handover and execution of contracts.
**REQUIRED SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, including construction projects, tendering processes, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present technical and non-technical information effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
