**Sales Executive Job Description**
Hiring a skillful goal-oriented sales representative who is responsible to drive sales, promote products, and prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts while also working towards analyzing the market & taking customer feedbacks to implement strategies for improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
**Product Knowledge**:Possess in-depth knowledge of the features of various types of bagsand effectively communicate the unique selling points of different products.
**Sales Presentations**:Conduct product or service presentations to showcase features and benefits.Address customer needs and demonstrate how our product meets those needs.
**Sales Targets**:Develop strategies to set and achieve sales targets to expand the customer base Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets.
**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and **n**etwork and establish connections to attract potential clients.
**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions and use market knowledge to identify opportunities and challenges.
**Inventory Management**:Monitor inventory levels to ensure that products are adequately stocked and displayed on the sales floor.
**Promotions and Marketing**:Develop ideas for marketing campaigns for sales promotions and marketing activities.
**Sales Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
**Expected Competencies**:
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- In-depth knowledge of various types of bags and accessories.
- Ability to convey product information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Openness to learning about new products and industry trends.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using sales software.
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
