We have an opening for the post of "Production Planning & Control (PPC)-Executive"

Location : Jaipur
Experience : 01-10 Years

Salary : up to 26000/- PM

**Job description**

1. Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications, to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

2. Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.

3. Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.

4. Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.

5. Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

6. Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.

7. Notify customers on any delays and outages.

8. Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to cover production demand.

9. Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to plant head promptly.

10. Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.

11. Assist in new product development and enhancements.

12. Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.

13. Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

14. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

**Requirements and skills**

1+ years’ relevant Production Planning & Control (PPC) experience

Should be from Wooden Designer Doors Industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.

Proven experience as production planner.

Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)

Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Good at math and statistics.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
