**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing customer relationships, and driving sales within a designated territory.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Leverage market insights and lead-generation strategies to drive sales growth.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Act as a trusted advisor to provide ongoing value and support.
- **Sales Presentations & Consultations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to prospective and current clients. Address customer needs and provide expert recommendations.
- **Market Intelligence**: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry developments and identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Reporting**: Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to align strategies, optimize customer experience, and contribute to overall company success.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in field sales or a similar role with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in [industry or product category] is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with local market conditions and customer demographics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
