Position Overview: The MBA Professor is responsible for delivering high-quality education in business administration at the postgraduate level. This role includes teaching, research, curriculum development, and contributing to the overall academic and professional development of students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching and Learning:
Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes.

Assess and evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and presentations.

2. Curriculum Development:
Participate in the design and updating of the MBA curriculum to align with industry trends and academic standards as per NAAC guidelines.

3. Research and Publication:
Conduct scholarly research in business administration and publish findings in recognized journals.

Supervise student research projects and guide them in their academic pursuits.

4. Industry Engagement:
Foster relationships with industry professionals to facilitate guest lectures, internships, and placement opportunities for students.

Stay updated on industry trends to ensure curriculum relevance.

5. Academic Leadership:
Participate in departmental and institutional committees focused on quality enhancement and academic excellence.

Mentor junior faculty members and support faculty development initiatives.

6. Quality Assurance:
Adhere to NAAC guidelines regarding teaching quality, research output, and community engagement.

Contribute to the self-assessment and accreditation processes to maintain and enhance academic standards.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
