Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching & Instruction:

- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students in both in-person and/or online formats.
- Mentor and advise MBA students, guiding them in their academic and professional development.
- Research & Scholarship:

- Conduct high-quality research in your field of expertise, with a focus on publishing in peer-reviewed academic journals and presenting at conferences.
- Collaborate with faculty on research projects and contribute to the growth of the institution’s academic reputation.
- Service & Engagement:

- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the MBA program.
- Participate in departmental and Institutional-wide committees, meetings, and academic activities.
- Engage in service to the professional community through activities such as peer review, conference organization, and professional development.
- Student Support:

- Provide academic advising and career guidance to MBA students.
- Participate in student recruitment and retention activities.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
- Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Ph.D. or MBA, Finance, Marketing, or a closely related field
- Experience:

- A record of teaching excellence at the graduate level, with experience in online teaching a plus.
- Strong research portfolio with publications in reputable journals or a demonstrated potential for scholarly research.
- Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Industry experience in a relevant business field.
- Familiarity with current trends and technologies in business education.
- Experience with curriculum development and course design.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
