**Let me start with a prelude - because I had unparalleled gain of wisdom from the story.**

**One day a farmer was walking down the street in a small town and saw a large stone in the middle of the path. The farmer complained “who could be so careless as to leave such a big stone on the road? Why does someone not remove it?” he went away complaining. After a few days the same thing happened with the milkman. He also left the place grumbling but left the stone as it was. Another day a student came across the stone and started worrying that someone may fall over it and hurt himself, so he decided to push it and place it aside. He pushed for a long time and hard all by himself and lastly managed to remove. He came back and noticed a piece of paper where the stone was kept. He picked up the paper and saw written “you are the true wealth of the nation”.**

**From this story I felt deeply there are two kinds of people - talker and doer. While doers do, talkers merely talk. Thus, the moral of the story I learnt was that if you do not want to get involved you have no right to criticize. Thus, we can come to a conclusion that providing service to the company where we work is the rent, we pay for the space we occupy in the company. Thus, in order to occupy the space, we have to serve the company.**

**Company having deep rooted activities in Outdoor Advertising & Transit Media i.e., Incoda Traffic Booth Media in different states; Incoda Traffic Signals; Metro Incoda Pillars; Incoda TV HD (Within 26 Metro Stations, Kolkata - In the North-South Corridor) and Metro Train Branding (Inner & Outer) and carrying the business under the name and style of THE INCODA.**

**SALARY: 25,000/- to 35,000/- per month.**

**INCENTIVE: Incentive % will hover between 2% to 5% and in relation thereto huge scope to earn between 20,000/- to 50,000/- and beyond on a monthly basis as the billing for the Sales & Marketing Managers are in lacs on a monthly basis.**

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

**Timing: 10:30 am to 8:00 pm**

**Job Location: Kolkata**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
