**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end tendering process on the GeM portal.
- Search, identify, and monitor relevant tenders/RFQs published on GeM.
- Prepare and upload technical and financial bids on the portal.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation and approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of bids with complete compliance with eligibility and tender requirements.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and regularly track their status.
- Handle registrations, catalog creation, product listing, and pricing updates on GeM.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted and correspondence related to bids.
- Stay updated with changes in GeM policies and bidding procedures.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2-5 years) in handling tenders on the GeM portal.
- Strong knowledge of public procurement processes and compliance.
- Familiarity with documentation, technical writing, and financial proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Graduate in any stream

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
