**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **PR campaigns** across different media platforms to build brand awareness.
- Write and translate **press releases, speeches, event notes, and public statements** in **English and Malayalam**.
- Build and maintain relationships with **media contacts, journalists, influencers**, and key stakeholders.
- Organize **press meets, public events, and community engagement initiatives**.
- Monitor **media coverage and public perception**; report outcomes and suggest improvements.
- Act as the **main point of contact for media inquiries**, interviews, and crisis communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, social media) to ensure consistent messaging in all languages.
- Represent the organization in **public meetings, interviews, and cultural programs** when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Public Relations, Journalism, Communications**, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a **PR or media-facing role**.
- **Fluency in English and Malayalam** is mandatory. Additional regional or international languages are an added advantage (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Arabic).
- Excellent **writing, speaking, and translation skills**.
- Strong understanding of local and national **media landscapes**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Professional presentation and confident public speaking skills.
- Familiarity with **PR tools, digital platforms, and basic graphic tools** (like Canva, MS Office, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **multilingual campaigns** or cross-cultural communication.
- Prior work in **NGO, public service, government programs**, or event-based outreach is a plus.
- Crisis communication or media training certifications.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
