Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy.

Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

5. Applicant Tracking and Reporting:
Generate reports and data insights related to the recruitment process for analysis and improvement.

7. Market Research and Industry Insights:
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the BIM industry and recruitment practices.

Conduct market research to understand the current job market and competition for talent.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in any field

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
