Operations

Gurugram,Haryana

Full Time
- Installation, implementation, and support for all databases in AWS.
- Develops and maintains infrastructure code to install, configure, upgrade and patch database software
- Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots data replication pipelines and backups
- Works with Development teams to analyze data and ensure consistency with Data Architecture Standards.
- Leverages DevOps automation tools such as Bamboo/Jenkins
- Performs system administration functions including tuning, performance monitoring, security monitoring, and system upgrades.
- Evaluates, recommends, and implements production/non-production enhancements including storage and backup management.
- Plans and implements new processes and automations within the database services group.
- Working hours are 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST with on call whenever required.

**Desired Technical Skills**
- Experience with Linux
- Excellent SQL and PL/SQL knowledge required.
- Experience with other UNIX platforms (Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, etc,).
- Experience with AWS Oracle database (RDS).
- Experience in performance tuning is required

**Desired Business Skills**
- Excellent communication skills

**Education**
- A full-time Bachelors’/Masters’ Degree from a recognized university.

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA managing both Production and Development databases.
