**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Procure, store, and issue supplies in installation and service operation
- Process and maintain inventory records; Prepare MIS reports to graphically present the same
- Modify and implement inventory control perform material shifting activities
- Implement disposal procedures and perform related work
- Purchase local consumable material
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received
- Makes deliveries of requested surplus Material; maintains records of all deliveries
- Fills supply requisitions; assists in ordering adequate merchandise and Material and deliver orders to Service and installation team
- Receive, store, tag and track surplus inventory; prepare lists for items to be sold as scrap
- Receive and store documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document
- Ship canceled and damaged items back to vendors. Handle and document storage and transportation of hazardous materials
- Maintain the Store, record area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
- Answer questions regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property

**Skills**

- Education & Training - Any Graduate with knowledge of Mechanical parts and material handling
