The job responsibilities of a Food and Beverage (F&B) waiter typically include a variety of tasks related to customer service, order-taking, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Here are the key duties:

- **Greeting Customers**: Welcoming guests as they arrive, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.
- **Taking Orders**: Listening to customer orders, answering questions about the menu, and offering recommendations.
- **Serving Food and Drinks**: Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that orders are accurate.
- **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: Ensuring customer satisfaction by checking in on diners, addressing complaints, and providing a positive dining experience.
- **Up-selling**: Suggesting additional items, such as drinks, appetizers, or desserts, to increase sales.
- **Handling Payments**: Presenting the bill, processing payments (cash or card), and providing change or receipts.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keeping dining areas tidy by cleaning tables, arranging chairs, and ensuring the restaurant is organized.
- **Coordinating with Kitchen and Bar Staff**: Communicating customer orders clearly to kitchen staff and ensuring timely service.
- **Refilling Drinks**: Ensuring that customers' drinks are topped up during the meal.
- **Setting Up and Clearing Tables**: Setting up tables with the appropriate cutlery, glassware, and napkins before guests arrive, and clearing dishes after they have finished.
- **Ensuring Health and Safety Standards**: Following hygiene and safety regulations in the handling of food, beverages, and utensils.
- **Handling Special Requests**: Catering to special dietary needs, allergies, or preferences as requested by customers.
- **Assisting with Opening and Closing Procedures**: Helping to open or close the restaurant, which may include setting up the dining area in the morning or cleaning up at the end of the day.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
