
Administration Executive

1. Overseeing house keeping of Group's properties and Project sites and maintaining it to the highest standards.
2. Establish and educate housekeeping staff on cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
3. Forecasting requirements for housekeeping.
4. Ensuring serviceability of common area assets. Examine and determine the need for repair and replacement.
5. Ensuring physical security of the company's assets and buildings through security guards/ watchman.
6. Waste disposal management.
7. Accountability on company vehicle movement and drivers.
8. Liasioning with Govt. offices for sanctions and permissions.
9. Handling of banking transactions.
10. Exercise discipline and control over labourers.
11. Attending company guests and vendors with minimum waiting time.
12. Travel ticket and guest accommodation booking.
13. Upkeep and maintenance of residential areas of company labourers.
14. Supporting the entire team of SyamaDyanamic for the smooth business operations.
- 1. From Ernakulam district and have knowledge of the district area.
2. In the age above 25 yrs and physically fit.
3. Willing to travel locally and extensively.
4. Having a thorough knowledge in Malayalam and understanding in English/ Hindi language preferred.

1. Proven work experience of minimum 3-5 years in a similar role in any organisation.
2. Excellent communication, organizational and team management skills.
3. Multitasking capability.
4. Flexibility to work as per call of duty.
