**Job description**

**Role**: Admin Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- To take independent charge of Administration, Facility Management, Security, Purchase & Procurement, Stores, Construction & Infrastructure development, MEP, Housekeeping, Transport, Canteen, Communication (IT / Technology), Events, Liaison - of all Schools & Corporate Office
- Maintaining high level of customer service - both Internal & External is important.
- Strong relationship with vendor partners a must.
- Co-ordinating with vendors for housekeeping, security, transport, infrastructure maintenance, AMC, insurance renewals, IT etc
- Managing student & staff transport
- Co-ordinating with parents & teachers for their administrative requirements
- Managing resources like books, stationery, printers, laptops, projectors, TV, mic, speakers etc
- Managing logistics for on campus & off campus events, school trips
- Putting systems in place to ensure security of children & all staff member
- Ensuring all school related regulatory compliances
- Preparing SOP for various processeshousekeeping, library, requisition, procurement, children dispersal, inventory, fire drill etc
- Planning & executing branding & marketing activities to increase the visibility of school & generate leads for admissions
- Managing & tracking school collection (fees etc), expenses & reimbursements

**Prerequisites**
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in an Admin position, preferably in a school
- Meticulous, Eye for details, very orderly in organizing things
- Negotiation skills
- Strong in Excel / Google sheet

**Timings**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
