The Batch Administrator at Neethu's Academy plays a crucial role in overseeing the smooth execution of assigned batches, courses, or programs within our educational institution. This role requires effective coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that all activities related to the batches are carried out efficiently. The Batch Administrator will work closely with instructors, counsellors, and other team members to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule batch sessions, and events, ensuring that all aspects are well-planned and executed.
- Communicate with trainers, facilitators, and students to ensure they are well-informed about batch schedules, materials, and any changes.
- Maintain accurate records of batch enrollment, attendance, and participant information.
- Manage batch-related documents, including syllabi, course materials, and resources, ensuring they are readily accessible for trainers and students.
- Prepare and distribute batch-related communications, including announcements, and updates.
- Provide technical support during virtual sessions or webinars, assisting participants with any technical difficulties they may encounter.
- Assist with onboarding new participants, ensuring they have access to relevant information and resources.
- Collect feedback from participants and instructors to continuously improve the batch experience.
- Prepare reports on batch performance, attendance, and participant feedback for management review.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to batch-related queries
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using software tools such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, and virtual conferencing platforms.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Student-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in administrative roles or event coordination is a plus.
