**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / Performance Marketing Executive**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns on **Facebook Ads** and **Google Ads**.
- Conduct thorough **keyword research** and **audience segmentation** to improve targeting accuracy.
- Design and run **A/B tests** for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Must have skills to write script & create **explainer and promotional videos**.
- Continuously monitor and **analyze campaign performance**, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- **Manage budgets and bids** effectively to ensure optimal spending and lead generation.
- Optimize the **marketing funnel** to improve lead quality and drive higher enrolment rates.
- Work closely with content and design teams to develop creative assets aligned with campaign goals.
- Generate and present detailed **performance reports** to internal stakeholders regularly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in **performance marketing**, specifically on Facebook and Google platforms, with a minimum budget of Rs. 50,00,000/ month
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager**, **Google Analytics**, and **Tag Manager**.
- Experience with **audience targeting**, **retargeting**, and funnel optimization techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent **communication and presentation** skills.
- Proficient in **AI tool**s and **workflow automation** (N8N, ChatGPT, Integrately, etc)
- Experience in coding languages (HTML, CSS, PHP, React, Node & Angular Js)
- Ability to multitask and work in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven** environment.
- Prior experience in the **Education or Ed-tech** industry is a strong advantage.
- Agency Experience is preferred
