**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Conceptualize and create engaging visuals, including banners, infographics, social media posts, brochures, and advertisements.
- Develop designs aligned with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on design trends and innovate to keep the brand visually appealing and competitive.

**Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance engagement and follower growth.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement, click-through rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to execute influencer collaborations and ad campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of social media and marketing assets.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and platforms' analytics.
- Excellent writing skills for crafting captions, posts, and social media content.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics or animation.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid social ads, and digital marketing strategies.
- Understanding of emerging platforms like TikTok or Threads.
