Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality social media posts, infographics, and visual content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create original illustrations and digital artwork to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and design concepts that align with the brand's vision.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from the team to meet creative and strategic goals.
- Keep up with the latest social media trends and design styles to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
- Maintain consistency in design across all brand platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines consistently.

Key Skills Required:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator**: Strong understanding of design software with a proven track record in creating visually appealing designs.
- **Creativity and Attention to Detail**: Ability to generate fresh ideas and pay attention to detail to ensure designs are polished and professional.
- **Knowledge of Social Media Trends**: Understanding the nuances of various social media platforms and creating content that resonates with platform-specific audiences.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Skilled at conveying a message and capturing emotions through illustrations and graphic elements.
- **Time Management and Organization**: Ability to handle multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Adaptability and Receptiveness to Feedback**: Willing to make adjustments based on team and client feedback.
- **Communication Skills**: Able to present design concepts clearly and work collaboratively with the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with other design tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is advantageous.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in social media graphics and illustrations.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
