**Job Title**: Graphic Designer
**Location**: Kuvempunagar, Mysore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design logos, brochures, posters, product packaging, and branding materials that align with company objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative strategies and concepts for campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Update and maintain the company’s website design and layout, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and refinement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and effective in communicating the desired message.
- Work with external vendors, such as printers or agencies, to ensure accurate production and delivery of designs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Creativity and a keen sense of visual aesthetics.

Pay: Up to ₹39,987.13 per month
