**Position: Graphics Designer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and produce engaging graphics for digital and print media, social media posts, brochures, and advertisements.**:

- **Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and create design concepts that align with brand guidelines.**:

- **Develop visual content that is innovative, on-trend, and meets the needs of the target audience.**:

- **Edit and revise designs based on feedback and ensure final designs are high-quality and error-free.**:

- **Manage multiple design projects from concept through execution while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.**:

- **Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.**:

- **Prepare and present design proposals and mock-ups to stakeholders.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.**:

- **Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.**:

- **Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.**:

- **Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.**:

- **A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.**

**Skills**:

- **Excellent graphic design skills and creativity.**:

- **Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.**:

- **Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.**:

- **Good understanding of branding and marketing principles.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills and ability to incorporate feedback.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
