**Job Description: Booking Administrator at Daivi Eterneety's Kitchen Service**

**Location**: Daivi Eterneety, Onsite Kitchen (Amenities Floor)

**Position Overview**:
As a Booking Administrator at Daivi Eterneety's Kitchen Service, you will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth operations within our kitchen facility. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the seamless delivery of services to our members and guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reservation Management**: Receive and process reservation requests from members and guests for dining at the kitchen facility. Input reservation details accurately into the booking system.
- **Booking Coordination**: Coordinate with kitchen staff to allocate tables and ensure timely preparation of orders based on reservation schedules. Communicate any special requests or requirements to the kitchen team as needed.
- **Schedule Maintenance**: Maintain an organized booking schedule, ensuring efficient use of available seating capacity and optimizing customer flow throughout the day.
- **Record Keeping**: Keep accurate records of reservation details, including customer information, special requests, and seating preferences. Update booking system regularly to reflect any changes or cancellations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to reservations promptly and professionally.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with kitchen staff, management, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of operations and exceptional customer experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using booking systems or reservation software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
