Job Summary:
The Hotel Cashier is responsible for handling guest transactions, including checking in/out, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. This role also involves managing guest accounts, maintaining a balanced cash register, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Ensure accuracy in maintaining daily cash register and balancing accounts.
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
