**Role**:
We are seeking a hands-on and strategic **Chief Finance Officer** to anchor all financial operations and drive data-backed decision-making at our fast-scaling healthcare venture. This role is **critical in building financial discipline, driving business reviews, and enabling unit-level profitability as we expand our footprint across centres.**
**Key responsibilities**:
Own all financial operations: P&L, budgeting, MIS, audits, investor reporting
Develop and implement org-level financial strategy, with centre-level KPIs
Build cost dashboards across patient acquisition, infra, doctor payouts, and consumables
Manage pricing, quote-to-bill standardisation, and insurance reconciliation
Liaise with clinic teams to forecast capex, optimise working capital, and reduce cash leakage
Lead monthly business reviews with function heads and founders
Work with CRM and HIS teams to ensure financial tracking is aligned with ops
Prepare board packs, investor updates, and fundraising models as needed
**Performance targets**:
Timely and accurate closure of books and MIS
Cost per surgery, cash flow, and revenue integrity metrics
Insurance & reimbursement TAT, quote accuracy, and revenue leakage control
Financial readiness for new centre launches.

12-15 years of experience in finance; healthcare, diagnostics, or consumer multi-centre businesses preferred
CA/MBA (Finance); exposure to growth-stage health businesses a plus
Proven track record of org-level finance ownership
Experience managing audits, FP&A, investor reporting
Comfort with tech tools, SaaS billing systems, and CRM-linked finance models
