**Architect End User Computing**:

**Must have-**

Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Lifecycle Management

Experience with SCCM, Autopilot and other Orchestration Technologies

Experience using Virtual Environments (VMware, Hyper-V), including RDS or VDI

Experience with Scripting and Packaging Languages (VB, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, SQL)

Experience in MS Office, O365

Experience in Active Directory / SCCM / Intune

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in End User Computing.
- Expertise in Windows Server operating systems (2019), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies.
- Strong experience with Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and Azure Storage.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, Azure Administrator) are a plus.

**Skills**:
Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, including life cycle management and root cause analysis.

Understanding of systems-based management/monitoring/endpoint protection software such as SCCM, Autopilot and other orchestration technologies.

Understanding of how Active Directory Group Policy and Preferences work in OS environments.

Knowledge and understanding of virtual environments, including RDS or VDI

Knowledge of Scripting and Packaging Languages (VB, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, SQL) is mandatory (any one)

Substantial experience with problem solving in complex system and network infrastructures, with a focus on ensuring a positive end user experience.

Familiarity with cloud-based solutions.

Detailed knowledge of Windows 10\11, Microsoft Office, and the Office 365 platform.

Solid networking knowledge, including LANs, WANs, Routers, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi.

Knowledge of Active Directory/SCCM/Intune.

Experience using IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, test and deploy desktop environment and management solutions.

Prepare test plans and environments and conduct thorough testing of new desktop solutions.

Perform daily system monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of desktop services.

Complete research using vendors, interviews, and written materials for new and emerging technologies for input into recommendations around potential use.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and other teams that interface with the end user technology team.

Work with the regional IT Managers to provide third level support on our desktop hardware and software environments.

Work with the regional IT Managers to develop and test desktop images that are used within the wider Asia Pacific environment.

Collaborate with the regional IT Managers and vendors to troubleshoot issues, identify platforms that meet requirements, and ensure regions/offices receive required support and services to provide end users with a stable, consistent platform.

Help enhance end user documentation and internal KB articles.

Work with the Head of Technical Services to plan the future roadmap for end user computing.

Identify and pursue opportunities for automation of common issues and requests.
