Job Description

We are currently hiring for Technology Lead, Director role with one of the big 4 consulting firm at Bangalore or Gurgaon location.

This team is a new set up within India where we are looking for person who have managed IT support for 3000 to 6000 users.

Job Overview: This role is crucial in ensuring that the team in India receives the necessary support to operate efficiently and securely. The services under this role&aposs purview include end-user support, application support, laptop support, and IT security for the India technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management :

- Lead the technology team in the India Delivery Center, ensuring alignment with global strategy and objectives
- Manage relationships with service providers, third-party vendors, to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with global technology teams to implement and maintain technology standards and best practices

Service Management

- Oversee end-user support services to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
- Manage application support services to maintain the availability and performance of critical business applications
- Ensure laptop support services are efficient and meet the needs of the team in India
- Implement and manage IT security measures to protect the technology environments in India from threats and vulnerabilities

Strategic Planning

- Develop and execute technology strategies that support the business objectives of the India Delivery Center
- Identify opportunities for technology improvements and innovations to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Work with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with the overall goals

1. .Operational Excellence

- Monitor and report on the performance of technology services, ensuring they meet established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of technology services
- Ensure compliance with global IT policies and standards

Qualification

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master&aposs degree is preferred
- Extensive experience in IT management, with a focus on service delivery and vendor management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
- In-depth knowledge of IT support services, application support, laptop support, and IT security
- Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

- Experience with technology platforms and services
- Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance requirements in India
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
