**1. Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Write blogs, newsletters, and website content focused on travel, hospitality, and the B&B experience.

**2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.

**3. Paid Advertising**:

- Plan and execute PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.

**4. Social Media Marketing**:

- Create and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Respond to guest inquiries and comments promptly across social platforms.

**6. Website Maintenance**:

- Collaborate with developers or use CMS tools to ensure the website is user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Add seasonal promotions, guest testimonials, and blog posts.

**7. Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

**8. Partnership Development**:

- Work with local businesses, tourism boards, and influencers to enhance visibility and attract guests.

**9. Reputation Management**:

- Monitor online reviews and guest feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google My Business, and Yelp.
- Respond to reviews and resolve guest concerns professionally.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
