We are looking for a passionate team leader who can drive our real estate plotting sales initiatives and inspire the sales team with enthusiasm and expertise.

As a Sales Executive at Jaywant Group, you will be a pivotal force in driving sales, developing business strategies, and building enduring relationships with clients. Your role will encompass overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. You will be responsible for generating sales and meeting ambitious targets while ensuring compliance with legal regulations related to real estate transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales targets for our real estate plotting projects. Be energetic, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Identify potential clients, conduct thorough market research, and generate leads through various channels. Generate sales through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention..
- Conduct engaging property presentations and site visits to showcase the unique features and benefits of our plotting projects.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and signed by clients. Possess good knowledge of legal processes related to real estate transactions.
- Provide outstanding customer service and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyze customer preferences to make data-driven decisions.
- Fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Be a team leader who inspires and guides the team to success.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of successful sales experience in real estate plotting or a related industry, with a proven track record in generating sales and meeting targets.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior in the plotting segment.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities as an energetic team leader with a strategic mindset to guide and inspire the sales team.
- Good knowledge of legal processes related to real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
