**Title - Maintenance Executive - Electrical 1 & Mechanical 1**

**Over-all Purpose**

Initiate, implement, manage plant maintenance program based on best practice with an emphasis on maintaining all machines in the plant in a most cost
- effective manner with the operational excellence culture

**Role Deliverables**

**Major Account abilities**
- To ensure zero breakdowns and 100% preventive maintenance of machines.
- Zero re-occurrence of failures.
- Take new initiatives for improving Up time of Machine & OEE improvements.
- New projects -installation and commissioning of new machinery.

**Critical Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and controlling the MTTR & MTBF.
- VA/VE practices for Waste Elimination/ Reduction in product/ process.
- Kaizen activity for cost saving, yield improvement and productivity improvement
- Execute planned predictive/breakdown/preventive maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum

**Key Result Areas**
- To strengthen the mechanical side of machines & equipment across plant
- To maintain and provide backup & data for decision-making related to maintenance issues
- To check mechanical work scope and verify new machine installations & operations.
- Monitoring & completion of CP testing activity, Calibration activity
- Maintenance cost monitoring
- Coordinate for Work related to 8 pillars of TPM
- Monitor proper housekeeping & Safety precaution work in the department
- Manpower utilization monitoring & skill development reporting

**Role Requirements**

**Academic Qualification**

Desirable: Diploma Mechanical / Electrical

Preferable - BE / MBA

**Work Experience**

4+ years

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
