**Brief Summary**

It will be night-shift work from home job.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:

- As a Customer Support associate you must listen to a customer's problem and deal with it calmly and politely.
- Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs and provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.
- You need to follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times.
- Perform a sequence of operations through the various software tools provided to you to accomplish various tasks assigned to you in accordance to the instructions or training given to you.
- Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
- Collaborate well with your reporting head, your immediate team, other customer service teams, development team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction.
- Develop professional relationships with your teammates, reporting head and other employees of the company and must always behave in a professional manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in US based inbound and outbound calling and text based customer services.
- Having a good US speaking accent will be an advantage.
- Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a graduate degree or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
